Refunds

There are no refunds except in the case of broken/damaged items. Please contact mail carrier for shipping issues. 

Broken/Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please reach out to us at support@shopnevaura.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include a photo of the broken item. You will be given either a partial refund, or sent a new item.
